NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Section 4-38-4 requires rules to be promulgated that will govern officially recognized race meets.

No comments have been received by the department since the last five-year review of the rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
The continuation of this rule is necessary to enable the horse industry to record race results and receive official recognition from the national horse breed organizations.
