NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Section 19-6-311 requires publication and maintenance by rule of the hazardous substances priority list.

No comments have been received since the last five-year review of the rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

Publication and maintenance of the hazardous substances priority list is required by Section 19-6-11, the Utah Hazardous Substances Mitigation Act. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
