NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

The rule is mandated by Section 52-4-207. The rule establishes procedures by which the board members may participate in electronic meetings including requirements regarding the posting of the agenda for the meeting, establishment of the anchor location, and methods by which participation can occur.
Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:
No written comments have been received in the last five years.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
The need for the rule still exists. Therefore, the rule should be continued.
