NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is enacted in compliance with the Utah Administrative Procedures Act, Section 63G-4-102 et seq., and applies only to actions which are governed by the Act.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule provides procedures for any person aggrieved by a decision by the Division of State History to petition the Board of State History for the submission, review, and disposition of petitions for agency declaratory orders on the applicability of statutes, rules, and orders governing or issued by the agency. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
