NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:

This rule implements Subsection 65A-1-4(2), which authorizes the Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands to provide definitions which apply to all rules promulgated by the division unless otherwise provided.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

The Division has not received any written comments regarding this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule implements Subsection 65A-1-4(2), which authorizes the Division to provide definitions which apply to all rules promulgated by the division. This rule defines certain terms in the Division's rules. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
