NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is required by Subsection 63G-7-605(4), which requires the state risk manager to make rules in each even-numbered year to establish adjustments made by the legislative fiscal analyst to the limitation of judgment amounts.
