This rule is authorized by Section 62A-3-104. The rule clarifies the process for an Area Agency on Aging's required annual plan can be amended.

No comments were received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The rule allows for the amendment of area plans and specifies the approval process for amendments. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
