NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is authorized by Section 62A-3-104. This rule defines which counties in Utah are considered rural for purposes of funding and reporting.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule clarifies which counties meet the definition of 'rural' as required by the Older Americans Act. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
