NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

The rule is enacted under Subsection 63A-12-104(1). This rule establishes a procedure for the microfilming standards of permanent and long-term records.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

Brian Carpenter, Micro-graphics Manager, stated that there were no problems at this time with the rules assigned to the Utah State Archives.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule establishes a procedure for the microfilming standards of permanent and long-term records. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
