NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION
Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:
Section 77-27-11 defines revocation of parole; Section 77-27-27 defines retaking or reincarcerating for parole or probation violations; Section 77-27-28 defines the duties of the hearing officer; Section 77-27-29 defines the rights of the parolee and record of proceedings; and Section 77-27-30 defines violation by parolee supervised in another state. Rule R671-512 defines the warrant execution requirements a parole agent must provide to the Board of Pardons (Board).
