Rule R305-4 requirements are set forth in Section 19-1-401 as a result of H.B. 61, which passed in the 2014 General Session.

This rule provides loans and grants for purchase of clean fuel refueling equipment for private sector business vehicles or government vehicles. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
