NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Section 62A-4a-102 authorizes the Division of Child and Family Services (Division) to establish rules in order to provide programs and services that support the strengthening of family values, including defining consumer complaint procedures.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

No written comments were received during and since the last five-year review of this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

Continuation of this rule is necessary in order for the Division to continue to provide for the prompt and equitable resolution of consumer complaints.
