NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Sections 26-5-2 and 26-1-5 authorize program eligibility, benefits, and administration for the Utah Cancer Control Program.

No comments have been received supporting or opposing this rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
The Utah Cancer Control and BeWise Programs continue to receive monies to provide screening services to women in Utah. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
