RULE ANALYSIS

Purpose of the rule or reason for the change:

The Utah Air Quality Board (Board) has proposed for public comment amended Utah State Implementation Plan, Section X, Part F. As a result, Section R307-110-36 incorporates Section X, Part F into this rule, must be amended to change the Board adoption date to the anticipated adoption date of the amended plan.

Summary of the rule or change:

Section R307-110-36 is amended by changing the date of the last adoption by the Air Quality Board to 09/04/2019.

This rule or change incorporates by reference the following material:

Appendix 2: Regulatory Impact to Non - Small Businesses

This rule change is not expected to have any fiscal impacts on non-small businesses' revenues or expenditures, because each county implements their own Inspection and Maintenance programs. This rule only incorporates those existing plans into the State Implementation Plan.
