This rule is authorized under Title 63G, Chapter 6a, which directs that the Procurement Policy Board adopt rules. The Procurement Policy Board is also authorized to make rules under Section 63G-6a-203 et seq.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

There have been no written comments received during and since the last five-year review of this rule from interested persons.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule should be continued as it is required by Title 63G, Chapter 6a.
