This rule is authorized by Section 26-1-38. This rule specifies details and expectations regarding the Public Health Emergency Funding Program.

The Public Health Emergency Funding Program received an ongoing appropriation from the legislature and this rule is still necessary to specify expectations for the program. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
