NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is authorized under Section 53-6-105, and Subsections 49-14-201(4)-(6) and 49-15-201(5)-(7).

No written comments have been received since the last five-year review of this rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule is authorized under Section 53-6-105, and Subsections 49-14-201(4)-(6) and 49-15-201(5)-(7), and is needed in order to establish the process by which the Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, created in Section 53-6-106, will review disputes regarding eligibility for participation in the public safety retirement system. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
