Rule R651-801. Swimming Prohibited.

R651-801-1. Swimming Prohibited.

No person shall engage in swimming activity in any of the following:

(1) a designated "No Swimming" area;

(2) a vessel launching, docking, mooring, or harbor area; or

(3) near or in spillways or outlets.
