Hello rule readers!
Front Page Focus
Rule R317-4, Onsite Wastewater Systems, and R162-2f, Real Estate Licensing and Practices Rules, have continued to be frequently visited rules and are our Front Page Focus this week.
R317-4 and R162-2f are joined by the Utah Administrative Code Codification Segue, which has been recently redesigned (check it out)!
Utah Administrative Code Website Changes
A while back, we began discussing our transition to the new AdminRules Search site from our older Utah Administrative Code pages. The goal behind this transition is to make finding and accessing rules faster and easier. With the Utah Administrative Code up-to-date on the AdminRules Search site, we’ve redirected our Code links throughout our website to the new, updated AdminRules Search.
AdminRules Search provides plenty of new features, including a proper keyword search (no need to find a rule only by its name or number), search filter capabilities, and the ability to view the history of any specific rule. For more information on the benefits of the new site, as well as answers to some of the most frequently asked questions, visit this FAQ post.
Old bookmarks, saved pages, and favorites will still work. While there are currently no plans to remove any of the old Utah Administrative Code pages, consider re-saving any bookmarks or favorites using the new Search. Bookmarks and favorites for search results currently work in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. We’re exploring direct links and bookmarks for specific rules, and will keep you updated on that progress. For more information on the support and continuation of our old Utah Administrative Code pages, visit this FAQ post.
We’re excited to share our new site with you and hope that it makes working with Utah’s administrative rules a better experience. As always, please reach out with questions or concerns about this transition or anything else related to rules at email@example.com.
