The Senate passed 1st Substitute House Bill 37, Reauthorization of Administrative Rules, on March 11, 2015.  The bill passed by more than two-thirds in both the House and Senate so, pending action by the Governor, H.B. 37 will take effect on May 1, 2015. Utah’s House of Representatives has announced two new appointments to the Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee.  These new appointments fill positions vacated by Rep. Rebecca D. The Utah Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC) has scheduled its first meetings of the 2013 Interim.  Notices of meetings for Tuesday, July 23, and Monday, July 29 have been posted on the ARRC’s page (http://le.utah.gov/asp/interim/Commit.asp?Year=2013&Com=SPEADM).  As of July 11, agendas for these meetings have not been posted.
