At the conclusion of their meeting held October 6, 2011, members of the Utah Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee tentatively scheduled two meetings for November — November 1, 2011, at 9 AM, and November 15, 2011, at 9 AM. Administrative Rules Reauthorization Bill Approved as Committee Bill

The Administrative Rules Review Committee met on 01/18/2011.  As one of the agenda items, committee members voted to approve the annual Administrative Rules Reauthorization bill.  This year, the language of the bill reauthorizes all administrative rules.
