Capitol Preservation Board (State), Administration
Rule R131-2
Capitol Hill Complex Facility Use
Five-Year Extension
DAR File No.: 33364
Filed: 02/08/2010 11:03:23 AM
Rule Information
Extension Reason:
The former Capitol Preservation Board (CPB) Director resigned the end of December 2009. The new Director received notification on 01/25/2010 that this rule was due for a five-year review on 02/16/2010. The CPB is not scheduled to meet until March or April of 2010, and they need to approve the five-year reviews. Therefore, an extension is necessary to prevent the rule from expiring. New deadline is 06/16/2010.
