NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is required by Subsection 72-6-118(5) which requires the Department of Transportation to make rules necessary to establish and operate tollways and establish standards and specifications for automatic tolling systems.

There have been no comments received during and since the last five-year review of this rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule should be continued because it fulfills the requirements of Subsection 72-6-118(5) which requires the Department of Transportation to make rules necessary to establish and operate tollways and establish standards and specifications for automatic tolling systems.
