Section 34A-5-104 gives the Labor Commission authority to establish rules to administer and enforce the Utah Antidiscrimination Act.

No written comments have been received during or since the last five-year review of this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The Labor Commission continues to have jurisdiction over claims of discrimination in the workplace. This rule establishes the methods for filing and investigating such claims. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
