NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Pursuant to Section 62A-2-101 et seq., the Office of Licensing shall license residential support programs according to the following rules.

No comments were received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule establishes basic health and safety standards for residential support programs. This rule establishes the legal requirements. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
