This rule is promulgated under Section 4-2-10 which allows the department to perform analytical test and to charge for the work involved.

No comments have been received by the department since the last five-year review of the rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule allows charging of fees to other agencies, companies, and individuals for testing of samples. The law continues to require this rule, therefore, this rule should be continued.
