Special Notice: Public Hearing on Primary Care Network 1115 Demonstration Waiver
The Division of Medicaid and Health Financing (DMHF) will hold public hearings to discuss proposed amendments to the Primary Care Network (PCN) 1115 Demonstration Waiver. The State will also request authority to change eligibility criteria and enrollment caps for different groups through state administrative rule for adults without dependent children. Finally, the State will request to expand the current Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment Program (EPSDT) waiver for 19 and 20-year-olds to adults without dependent children.
