The Division of Administrative Rules will conduct an administrative rulemaking training seminar on Tuesday, September 13, 2011.
The training will be held in the State Office Building, Capitol Hill, in room 4112. Two sessions will be provided.
- The first, in the morning, from 9 a.m. to noon, will focus on the process of rulemaking and on how to complete the two most commonly used forms: the proposed rule form and the five-year review form.
- The second session, in the afternoon from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. will focus on the text, both writing and preparing it.
