The Administrative Rules Reauthorization bill has been numbered as S.B. 122. The Reauthorization bill is the Administrative Rules Review Committee’s annual bill required by Section 63-46a-11.5. The bill, as introduced, reauthorize all rules. Its first committee hearing has been scheduled for January 19, 2007, at 2 p.m. in room W020 in the West Building.
