ARRC Schedules Meetings for October 2010

Changes to Utah’s Legislative Administrative Rules Review Committee

Appointments to Utah’s Legislative Administrative Rules Review Committee for 2009 have been finalized. Representative Curtis Oda has been appointed has House Co-Chair replacing Representative Ben C. Ferry. Representative Rebecca Lockhart replaces Representative Kory Holdaway. Senator Brent Goodfellow replaces Senator Mike Dmitrich. Sen. Gene Davis Joins Administrative Rules Review Committee

Sen. Gene Davis has been appointed to the Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee. He fills the seat left vacant by the death of Sen. Ed Mayne. Sen. Rep. Ben C. Ferry, Republican from District 2, has been assigned as the House chair of the Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee. Rep. Ferry has served in the House since 1999. The Division has received word that the Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC) membership, created by Section 63-46a-11, has changes. Rep.
