Governor Signs H.B. 402
On 03/29/2010, the Governor signed H.B. 402, Department of Administrative Services Modifications, into law. The law takes effect on 05/11/2010. H.B. 402 gives the Executive Director of the Department of Administrative Services the flexibility to operate any of the department’s divisions, including the Division of Administrative Rules, as an internal service fund. H.B. 402 Passes

Authorization to Operate as an Internal Service Fund
