ARRC Endorses “Impact of Administrative Rules on Small Businesses” Bill
The Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC) gave its unanimous endorsement to a substitute version of Rep. S. Clark’s “Impact of Administrative Rules on Small Businesses” bill. Administrative Rules and Small Business Impacts
Rep. S. Clark is sponsoring another bill for the Small Business Administration. Last year, Clark sponsored H.B. 64. Small Business Impact Bill to Return in 2007 General Session
