Thank You Rep. Gowans and Sen. Goodfellow

The Division of Administrative Rules gratefully acknowledges the service of two members of the Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee.  Rep. Jim Gowans (D, district 21) has served on the committee since 1997.  He was first elected to the Utah House of Representatives in 1993.

Sen. Brent Goodfellow (D, district 12) served on the committee briefly in 2005, and then was reappointed in 2009.  He was first elected to the Legislature as a member of the House of Representatives in 1985.

Both will be leaving legislative service as the next Legislature is sworn in.  The Division of Administrative Rules acknowledges their combined 42 years of service to the people of Utah and 15 years of service on the Administrative Rules Review Committee.  We wish Rep. Gowans and Sen. Goodfellow success in their future endeavors.
