The Utah Administrative Code, the body of all effective administrative rules as compiled and organized by the Division of Administrative Rules, is current through 08/01/2012. The Division posted this update on its website on 08/16/2012. The Division’s goal is to codify and post administrative rule filings made effective through the first of the month by the tenth of the month.
This monthly update included 227 rulemaking actions that state agencies made effective 07/02/2012 through 08/01/2012. That means twice as many rulemaking actions were codified in this update than any other update in the past six months, and more than any other update during the past year.
