The Utah Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee has scheduled its first meeting of 2013 for Tuesday, January 22. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9 AM in room 445 of the State Capitol. Agenda items include:
- Need for rules to implement S.B. 84 (2012) Water Skiing Amendments;
- Rule R357-9, Alternative Energy Development Tax Incentives;
- Education-related rulemaking to implement 2012 General Session bills; and
- Draft legislation: “Reauthorization of Administrative Rules”.
