The Utah Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee has scheduled a meeting for 9 AM on August 17, 2012. The agenda includes the following items:
- Administering Rabies Vaccines at Animal Shelters;
- Rules to Implement Training Requirement in Utah Code Section 26-15-5, “Requirements for Food Handlers”;
- Rulemaking by State Agencies Based on Legislation Passed in the 2012 General Session; and
- Committee Business.
