D’Arcy Dixon Pignanelli Named Executive Director of Administrative Services

On January 5, 2005, Governor Jon M. Huntsman, Jr. announced the appointment of D’Arcy Dixon Pignanelli as Executive Director of the Department of Administrative Services.
