ARRC to Review Existing DOT Rules

At its meeting on April 11, 2006, the Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee asked staff to prepare a review of the Department of Transportation’s existing rules. Changes to Administrative Rules Review Committee; Meeting Scheduled

The Division has received word that the Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC) membership, created by Section 63-46a-11, has changes. Rep.
