Proposed Amendments to Rules’ Rules
The Division of Administrative Rules has filed amendments to two of its rules — Rule R15-2 and Rule R15-4 — to make them consistent with the Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act as amended by H.B. 316 (2006), and to clarify specific issues. Kimberly Hood Named Executive Director of Administrative Services

A New Look for Rules Online
On October 2, the Division of Administrative Rules unveiled a new design for its web site — Utah Administrative Rules Online. The redesign was part of a Department of Administrative Services initiative to improve web access to the department. State Records Committee Approves New Retention for Agency’s Administrative Record

Utah Administrative Code Now Available in RTF Format
The Division’s rule filing application — eRules — requires that an agency file the rule text in rich text format (RTF). In the past, an RTF version has not been available on the Division’s web site.
