Hello rule readers!
This week at rules we’re exploring a rule on licensing for engineering occupations and looking at a few updates and reminders.
Front Page Focus
This week, we’re looking at R156-22, Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors Licensing Act Rule. R156-22 covers the education, experience, and examination licensure requirements for professional engineers, professional structural engineers, and professional land surveyors. It also discusses inactive licenses and administrative penalties for these professions.
For more context, take a look at R156-1, General Rule of the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. This provides general information that can be applied to R156-22 as well as the rest of the rules under R156.
