Legislators Appointed to Serve on the Administrative Rules Review Committee

Utah’s House of Representatives and Senate have announced new appointments to the Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee. Representative Richard A. Greenwood (R, District 12) has been appointed to take the seat vacated by Rep. Merlynn Newbold.  Rep. Greenwood has served in the House since 2007.  More information about Rep. ARRC Schedules Meeting for 12/20/2012

Utah’s Legislative Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC) has scheduled its last meeting of 2012 for Thursday, December 20, 2012, at 9 AM in Room 30 of the House Building on Capitol Hill. Changes to Administrative Rules Review Committee

With the 2012 election cycle, several changes occurred that will impact the Utah Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee.  Senate President Michael G.
