Late the final evening of the session, Sen. Stephenson moved to uncircle H.B. 228 and moved first substitute H.B. 228. ARRC Votes to Amend, Hold H.B. 228
The Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC) met at noon on 03/02/2011 to discuss rules from the Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Environmental Response and Remediation. H.B. 228 Passes Senate Committee
On February 24, 2011, the Senate Government Operations and Political Subdivisions Standing Committee gave H.B. 228, Administrative Rules Reauthorization, a favorable recommendation and placed the bill on the Senate Consent calendar. That means that the Senate will pass H.B. 228 on March 1 provided no Senator votes against the bill. Administrative Rules Reauthorization Bill Approved as Committee Bill
The Administrative Rules Review Committee met on 01/18/2011. As one of the agenda items, committee members voted to approve the annual Administrative Rules Reauthorization bill.
