Download Rule and Filing Text

Agency users may download current rules and submitted filings through the eRules platform.

Download Rules or Filings using the View Window

1. Visit eRules and select either the My Work, Rule Filings, or Current Rules tab, depending on the specific filing.

2. On the right of the desired filing's row, select the View button.

3. The view window will appear, with downloadable filing submissions at the bottom of the window. Filings are sorted chronologically, with oldest at the top and newest at the bottom. To download a filing, select the desired filing name in the list.

Download Rules or Filings using the History Window

1. Visit eRules and select either the My Work, Rule Filings, or Current Rules tab, depending on the specific filing.

2. On the right of the desired filing's row, select the History button.

3. The history window will appear, with the most recent actions at the top of the list and descending in chronological order. On steps where versions of filings were uploaded, those versions may be downloaded by selecting the green Download (file type) File buttons.

Depending on the stage in the filing process, a specific filing may be available in multiple file types. Consider the following when downloading certain file types:

.docx | A Microsoft Word document. Download this when looking for a correctly formatted, editable version of rule text. Use this as a basis for editing rule text.

.pdf | An Adobe-formatted PDF. Download this when looking for a version to reference or share with others. Do not use as a basis for editing rule text.

.html | A webpage. Download this when looking for a version to reference or share with others that maintains compatibility with slower or older clients. Do not use as a basis for editing rule text.
