View Rule Filing History
Agencies can use eRules to access a filing's history, including viewing old submissions and finding dates and times a filing was modified.
1. Visit eRules and select either the My Work, Rule Filings, or Current Rules tab, depending on the specific filing.

2. Using filters or by looking through the list, find the rule for which you're wanting to view history.

3. On the right of the desired filing's row, select the History button.

4. The history window will appear, with the most recent actions at the top of the list and descending in chronological order. On steps where versions of filings were uploaded, those versions may be downloaded by selecting the green Download (file type) File buttons.
Note: To download the correctly formatted and editable version of a current rule, ensure you're on the Current Rules page, open the History window, and select the topmost Download .docx File button.
